Homegrown in Kerikeri, Aoteaora, Lodore Gardens is a regenerative flower farm specialising in seasonal, spray-free flowers, nurtured from seed to bloom and sold direct to the public.

We grow our flowers in harmony with the maramataka (the Māori lunar calendar), ensuring our methods align with the natural rhythms of the earth and embracing a deep respect for the land and the biodiversity around us. 

Our flowers are spray-free, wrapped in eco-conscious packaging, and grown without the huge carbon footprint of imported alternatives

Meet the Growers

We are Bayley and Chris, a couple who love the outdoors and want to create our dream lifestyle. With backgrounds in creative industries, heritage and conservation and a love of gardening we wanted to channel this into our “work”. 

For Bayley, flowers became a source of healing and purpose after a life-changing injury. Now, we share the joy and grounding that nature brings through every bloom we grow.

Sitting on the edge of the Puketi Forest, Lodore Gardens is more than just a flower farm – it’s a haven where nature’s beauty and local heritage intertwine. The melodic calls of kiwi, weka, and ruru are a constant reminder of the rich biodiversity that surrounds us.

We are proud to bring Kerikeri a truly local option for fresh blooms. One day, we hope to share the magic of Lodore Gardens with visitors, inviting you to wander through our fields and experience our flower farm as part of its wider environment.
